We're not talking about digging through a shoebox filing system, we're talking about the power and convenience of the internet.

With the abundant and available internet access that most people have become accustomed to, it has become the first place people look for information. It is no strange coincidence then that employees are expecting to have access to their personal information as well. In particular, their employment information.
